Through this program, pet lovers will be able to get to know shelter dogs. They have their own profiles with photos and descriptions. The questionnaires indicate all the necessary information about the pet: gender, age, whether castration was carried out, etc.
Like the popular Tinder, the home screen provides users with dog profiles. Using the “cross” function, you can go to the next pet, or by pressing the “heart” you can meet your favorite dog at the shelter.
In the shelter, users can interact with the selected animal and decide if they want to adopt it. In addition, during the first two weeks, GetPet staff will help with advice on pet care. At the moment, the application works only in Lithuania, but the developers plan to expand the scope of its action, as well as add cats and other small creatures.
